Standard Exhibit Booth registration includes full conference registration for 2 people
Each booth is 8' x 10' and includes a back drape, siderails, skirted table, 2 chairs, electricity, wifi and carpet. (Booths in prior years have been 10' x 10', but this venue requires 8' x 10' booths in the exhibit hall.)
The exhibitor reception on May 1 is Carnival themed. We encourage exhibitors to have a carnival game at your booth. We will give you drink tickets to pass out as prizes, but you are free to also pass out small prizes.
Registration Types
1. Standard Exhibit Booth:
Early Bird Price: $800 (register by March 29)
Regular Price: $1,000
2. First Additional Booth: $400 (Only includes 8’ x 10’ booth. Does not include additional attendees)
3. Each Additional Booth: $250 (Only includes 8’ x 10’ booth. Does not include additional attendees)
Exhibit booth locations will be assigned by the Conference Committee by April 19.
Deadline to Cancel 4/19/2023 (No refunds will be given after this date)

Exhibit Hall Reception 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (The reception is Carnival themed. We will rent a few carnival games, but encourage exhibitors to have a carnival game at your booth. We will give you drink tickets to pass out as prizes, but you are free to also pass out small prizes.)
