Early Bird Rate Deadline: Friday March 29, 2024
 
Standard Exhibit Booth registration includes full conference registration for 2 people Each booth is 10' x 10' and includes a back drape, siderails, 6 ft skirted table, 2 chairs, and a waste basket.
 

Registration Types

 
1. Standard Exhibit Booth:
  • Early Bird Price: $800 (register by March 29)
  • Regular Price: $1,000
2. First Additional Booth: $400 (Only includes 10’ x 10’ booth. Does not include additional attendees)
3. Each Additional Booth: $250 (Only includes 10’ x 10’ booth. Does not include additional attendees)
 
Exhibit booth locations will be assigned by the Conference Committee by April 19.

Exhibitor Set-up           8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m
Exhibit Hall Open          1:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m
Exhibit Hall Reception   4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 2, 2024
Exhibit Hall Open         7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
Exhibit Hall Tear Down  5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
 

Insurance Requirements

Each exhibitor registration requires submission of an executed 2024 Conference Exhibitor Waiver
Each exhibitor registration requires submission of their certificate of insurance

Hotel

 
Lodging will be at the Hotel Roanoke. You must make hotel reservations by March 29 to receive the reduced group rate.
The APWA Mid-Atlantic Group Rate is $189. $20.00 for each additional person.
